Open the link to your Google Apps for Education Account
https://myaccount.google.com/intro
If you are not already logged into your account, login using your school username (your school email address) and your password:
Then go to the Google Takeout page
By default you can export all of your data. You can also chose which data to export by clicking on the blue tick to deselect that App's data
When you chosen all of the App's data that you wish to export scroll to the bottom of the page and click next.
On the next page chose the following options
File Type --> .zip
Delivery method --> Send download link via email.
Click Create archive and wait to receive an email with a link to download your Google Apps data.
These files can then be imported into your personal Google account.
