To either set or reset a CHQ password visit https://mychq.net/istafrica/Login.aspx?club=539 and click forgotten User ID or password

Then enter your email address.

An email will then be sent to your account. Open your email account and find the email from CHQ and take the code and fill it in here and click next to reset your password and enter your new password twice:

You have now successfully updated your password and you can use this along with your email address to log into CHQ.
